More than 2,000 parking spaces can be accessed in nine multi-storey car parks around the town centre:

In the Bahnhof and Wallbrunn multi-storey car parks, exiting is possible at any time. You must insert your parking ticket into the machines at the entrances. This will enable you to enter the multi-storey car parks and reach the automatic pay stations.
Renting parking spaces in the multi-storey car parks
Lörrach's multi-storey car parks are operated by private companies, with the exception of the municipal car parks owned by public utility companies (Rathaus and Landratsamt). Please contact the relevant operator directly.
Parking guidance system
Searching for and finding parking spaces in Lörrach made easy: The dynamic parking guidance system provides information about the available parking spaces in the underground car parks of the entire city area. The entire system is distributed over 17 locations including controllers with a total of 34 parking guidance signs as well as 4 static head signs at the beginning of a guidance.
Parking zones
In addition, about 1,000 ground-level parking spaces are available in four different parking zones:
Zone 1
For a quick trip to the town centre
Maximum parking time: 1 hour
EUR 0.50 per 20 minutes or part thereof
Zone 2
for shopping, errands, visits to the doctor, etc
Maximum parking time: 2 hours
EUR 0.25 per 20 minutes or part thereof
Zone 3
for leisurely shopping
Maximum parking time: 3 hours
EUR 0.25 per 30 minutes or part thereof
Zone 4
for long-term parkers and commuters
EUR 0.50 per 60 minutes or part thereof
EUR 5.00 for a one-day parking ticket
EUR 15.00 for a one-week parking ticket
EUR 45.00 for a one-month parking ticket
Residents with a parking permit can park indefinitely in certain areas. Starting in autumn 2017, the parking ticket machines are being gradually replaced. In parking zone 4, you can conveniently pay by EC or credit card at the new machines.
"Velöhalle" - Bicycle hall
It is easy to explore Lörrach by bicycle. A bicycle station is centrally located at the main railway station. In addition to renting out bicycles and pedelecs, it provides ideas for excursions around the region. The "Velöhalle" also has a hall for storing 100 bicycles, as well as bicycle boxes, lockers, and charging stations for pedelecs and e-bikes. The hall is secured with electronic access. From the "Velöhalle", you can easily explore the town on foot.
