Group of children visit a historic building
The guided tours for children tell Lörrach's stories in a way that is clear and interesting to children. They tell of knights, of revolutionaries and of red British telephone booths right in the middle of Lörrach. The children's guided tours are also great as a surprise for smaller groups - for kindergartens, schools or the next children's birthday!
This tour goes on a 60-minute route through Lörrach's town centre. Where did the revolutionaries fight? Who's sitting on the roof on Chesterplatz? Why is the pyramid at the Burghof open from the top?

At several exciting stations, our guides reveal what there is to discover in Lörrach, then and now. They adapt the route and the stages to the age and interests of the group.

What was it really like to live in a castle? What did knights eat? Can one run while wearing knight's armour? Children ask different questions about history than adults do. And they'll find the right answers on the children's tour "Living in the castle".

Enjoy the view of Lörrach from the roof terrace of Langer Egon. Learn whom the Turmstraße owes its name to. What do the figures on the roof of the house on Chesterplatz mean, and what was a "Zehnttrotte" ("tithe press") for?

A small brochure that we put together with a guide will show you the way. You can buy it at the tourist information in German, English and French.
